TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Electrophysiology, LLC recently welcomed nurse practitioner Jessica Eaton to the practice.

A 1994 graduate of Tupelo High School, Eaton earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 1998. She completed her master’s degree and nurse practitioner training at MUW in 2011. 

Eaton was employed for 13 years as a nurse practitioner with Endocrinology Consultants, LLC in Tupelo and is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). She also has experience coordinating clinical
research, teaching and as a Critical Care Unit registered nurse. 

In her current role, she works alongside NMHS’ three cardiac electrophysiologists to treat patients with heart rhythm disorders, including managing medications and cardiac devices.

“Everyone is someone's child, parent and/or sibling and deserves to be treated as such,” Eaton said. “When we are not at our best either physically or emotionally, we are the most vulnerable. I want to be able to provide caring,
individualized care during those times.”

She and her husband, Tommy, have three sons, a daughter-in-law and grandson. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and with family and friends.
